Social Solutions International, Inc., is preparing a proposal response for the anticipated multi-million-dollar, five year USAID/Uganda Learning, Evaluation and Monitoring Activity. The purpose of the Contract is to strengthen the performance of USAID/Uganda and it's Implementing Partners (IPs) in collaborating learning, and adapting to improve the relevance, quality, and sustainability of USAID-supported contributions to Uganda's development.
The Director of Learning will support USAID/Uganda to strengthen its performance and improve the performance of its Implementing Partners, with a focus on collaborating, learning, and adapting, to enhance the impact and sustainability of USAID-supported contributions to Uganda’s development. Director of Learning (DOL) will serve as the individual bearing primary responsibility for delivering the learning results that contract demands and tracking the adaptations for lessons learned. This position will be based in Uganda. The DOL will serve as a core team member on a full-time basis throughout the five-year period of performance.
