Social Solutions is seeking an Employee Relations Manager – Classification. The successful candidate shall perform pre-award and post-award activities such as: analyzing requirements, market research, recommending revisions to statements of work/specifications, assist with determining the appropriate type of contract, procurement planning, developing solicitations, documenting contract actions including negotiation memoranda, determination and findings, and justifications and approvals, conducting post-award activities. Responsible for checking prices, responsible for PO Entry, ensure compliance with current contracts and act on discrepancies.
The successful candidate will directly supervise staff and liaise with USAID personnel on a daily basis. He/she will be the first point of contact for Social Solutions employees embedded on the client site. The Employee Relations Manager – Contract Specialist will assist with the successful delivery of all aspects of the program to include the facilitation and implementation of appropriate technical tools, systems, guidelines, and policies/procedures to ensure quality, value, technical excellence, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction.
