Social Solutions is seeking an Employee Relations Manager (ERM) – Data Analytics. The ERM will be tasked with developing various reports and data visualizations as requested by the project and/or client. The ideal candidate will be able to research, prepare, and present data in a tangible manner fit for particular and various audiences.
The ERM will directly supervise staff and liaise with USAID personnel on a daily basis. The ERM will be the first point of contact for Social Solutions employees embedded on the client site. The ERM will assist with the successful delivery of all aspects of the program to include the facilitation and implementation of appropriate technical tools, systems, guidelines, and policies/procedures to ensure quality, value, technical excellence, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction.
