Social Solutions is seeking a variety of technical experts, specialists, and entry-level, mid-level, and senior professionals for an upcoming DC based institutional support contract. Qualified experts for short-, medium-, and long-term positions are needed in the following areas:

• Global Health; Agriculture and Food Security; Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene; Climate Change; Democracy, Human Rights and Governance; Education; Economic Growth and Trade; Environment, Energy, and Infrastructure; Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment; Innovation, Technology and Research; and Humanitarian Assistance.

Industries:

• Mobilizing Finance/Leveraging Capital
• Relationships/Engaging with Companies
• Navigating USAID Processes
• Operational support, logistics, and training support

Employees will mainly be full-time and assigned to a specific position and embedded within the Agency. Medium term consultants will provide technical and administrative support to the agency on terms of 6-12 months, and short-term consultancies will provide technical and administrative support on terms from 3-6 months. Travel to USAID Missions may be required for some roles.

• Entry level of experience: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience, or equivalent relevant work experience in private sector engagement
• Mid level of experience: Bachelor's degree and 7 years of work experience or Master's degree with 5 or more years of experience in private sector engagement, or equivalent relevant work experience in private sector engagement
• Senior level of experience: MS/MA (or higher) with 10 or more years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience in private sector engagement
• Ability to obtain Top Secret, Secret, or USAID facility access security clearance preferred.
