The purpose of the anticipated USAID/Honduras Building Climate Resilience (BCR) Activity is to strengthen the capacity of Honduran systems to withstand and respond to climate variability and change, thereby helping address underlying factors that contribute to irregular migration.
The ME&L Director will be responsible for designing and operationalizing a monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework, managing information flows, maintaining data validity, ensuring compliance of monitoring and evaluation activities, integrating collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) into all aspects of implementation, and reporting out to stakeholders. This individual will be also responsible for the learning and knowledge management aspect of the Activity, including leading the development and implementation of the collaborating, learning, and adapting agenda, engaging technical, management and operational staff, USAID and other stakeholders throughout the process managing adaptively.
