Social Solutions is seeking experts for various positions on the USAID-funded, five-year Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Support Activity in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The BiH MEL Support Activity will elevate USAID/BiH Mission MEL systems and capacity by providing monitoring, evaluation, and collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) support services to the Mission. 

These are full-time positions based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in international relations, political science, public administration, business administration, or another relevant field of study.
• Between 2-10+ years of experience in the respective field of expertise.
• Demonstrated experience successfully supporting and leading USAID MEL assignments, such as data collection and analysis, evaluations, and performance monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and communicate with local professionals, international donors, host country government counterparts, and/or other implementing partners.
• Advanced professional proficiency in written and spoken English, including local language proficiency as needed.
